Solé Bicycles Unofficial Survival Guide to COVID-19

Solé Family,

We are updating this page periodically to keep our customers informed about the ever evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, and that we are following the guidance from our local, state, and federal governments to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus.

As the world is effectively in lock-down due to COVID-19, Solé Bicycles is taking the necessary steps to keep our community, and the community at large, safe.

We are closely monitoring the situation as it develops, and we look forward to getting our retail stores back to normal operating hours. For now, we are encouraging our staff and customers to stay home as much as possible so together, we can flatten the curve of this spread.

Retail Stores

Per the guidance of the "Safer at Home" order by the California Government, bicycle shops are considered "Essential Retail", so at this time we are operating during our normal business hours of 10:00am - 06:00pm daily. Although we are open, we are limiting access inside our retail stores and require a mask while inside. 

We also really appreciate appointments to be set before visiting either of our retail locations (both the USC Village store & our Venice Beach Flagship store) and will continue to operate with heightened safety measures for the handling of all repairs & new bicycle sales until further notice. Online Store / Customer Service / Shipping

Our online store and customer service will continue to operate as normal. Our warehouse is operating with enhanced safety measures in order to deliver all online orders efficiently. 

*Please Note* We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders at this time. We thank you for all of the support, but due to this volume, our warehouse is experiencing an extra 1 - 2 days to process your order.

Coincidently, FedEx has a higher than normal shipping volume which paired with extra handling precautions, has added 1-3 days to the shipping timeline.

We apologize for any delay getting you your new Solé, but want to ensure you that we are doing our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patients and as always, we're here to answer any of your questions.

In true Solé spirit, here are some light-hearted recommendations on how to keep your health, happiness, and sanity while you socially distance yourself from others:

• Ideally, stay home when possible. When you are going stir-crazy, go for a bike ride!
