SOFI TUKKER SHIPPING UPDATE
Last Revised: 03/30/2021 - 2:00pm PST
Hello and thank you for your continued patience as we've awaited the outcome of the Purple Cheetah Solé Bicycles you ordered.
We regret to share the news we've received - the container was unfortunately lost at sea.
This is as equally devastating news to us as it is to you. In the 12+ years of doing business here at Solé Bicycles, we've never had anything like this happen to one of our shipping containers.
This is why it has taken so long for us to understand the next steps.
Fear not, as we do have a plan. We will be reproducing these bicycles and anticipate a ship date mid-summer. We will continue to provide updates with delivery for any customers that do decide to continue to wait for their Purple Cheetah. All options for current customers are below ->
- You are welcome to keep the order open until we have more units made. If you decide to go this route, no action is needed on your behalf. We will follow up with a better shipping timeline once we have a more exact date.
- You are welcome to select a different model that we have in stock and can be shipped right away. If you decide to go this route, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the bicycle exchange you'd like to make. All models currently in stock can be found on our website here. If you can add the bicycle to your cart, it's in stock and can ship right away!
- You can request a full refund on the order. If you decide to go this route, please email email@example.com with your order number and let us know that you'd like to cancel the order.
We apologize for this unfortunate delay and super-bummer circumstance. We are disappointed to have to wait even longer as well. One thing we do know is when these babies arrive we are going to be Dancing on the People!
Please let us know how you would like to proceed with your order if you plan to make a change. We will be doing our best to confirm order changes/reply to customer service within 48 hours.
Thank you and all our best,
- SOFI TUKKER & Team Solé
